With a vision of enhancing healthcare and a practice’s productivity, three healthcare professionals founded Virtual OfficeWare (VOW) in 2000. The trio shared an existing friendship that had been formed years earlier within their careers. Each owner worked in their specific professional arena, which had spanned across the service capabilities of their new found company (medical sales, IT programming/development and accounting). With due diligence from the owners and their staff, VOW started to form relationships with well-known and respected companies.

Receiving accolades from clients on their abilities to streamline operations, generate revenue and enhance communications, the company expanded. GE Medical Information Technologies, a leading provider in healthcare services, also recognized VOW’s expertise. GE asked VOW to be a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) in January, 2004. VOW was authorized to resell the cutting edge Centricity, a practice management and electronic medical record solution. Further expanding their territory and employee growth, VOW acquired a former GE VAR and opened an additional office in Massapequa, New York in 2007.

VOW provides over 2,000 physicians with the Centricity Practice Solution. They consistently deliver profit improvement solutions combined with proven experience. Their territories encompass the Eastern seaboard and include 18 states: Connecticut, Washington DC, Delaware, Florida, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Virginia, Vermont and West Virginia.
