You will be assigned a Training Consultant to help establish a schedule for your practice. Your Consultant has been part of Virtual OfficeWare for years and has extensive industry experience. Your Consultant will help you build the practice management solution to match your practice workflow. 

 

Unlike other systems that are rigid and force you to conform to their model, Centricity is designed to fit your practice. A comprehensive analysis of your current workflow will be completed. Each of your team members participates in the analysis phase and offer their suggestions for what currently works and what process may need to be improved. You can draw from our experience and adapt some “best practice” methods to your solution.

 

Together, we decide a reasonable timeline for implementation. The timeline includes benchmarks for client input, element builds, data uploads and finally Go-Live. When you become our client, you acquire an entire team dedicated to your success.

Our Customer Relations Specialist will periodically touch base with you during the implementation phase to ensure benchmarks are being achieved. After implementation, outreach efforts continue to make sure you are optimizing your Centricity Practice Solution.
